I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb with easy access to the center of Marrakech and secure transportation services. The rooms are cozy and equipped with everything I needed; however, a few service staff need to work on their communication skills. The dining experience was delightful with fresh local fruits, but there is room for improvement in service attitude. Overall, a great value for the money.
